Description
Data Director to lead the Data function at First Connect, a company operating an insurance marketplace connecting agents with insurance companies and suppliers. You will lead and grow a small Data team, build self-service analytics for all managers, and develop proprietary data assets that will create significant competitive advantage. Required: experience managing a data team in a startup company, technical proficiency with modern tools including SQL, dbt, BI tools and data warehouse, and financial thinking that connects data investments to revenue impact and competitiveness.
