IT Manager responsible for all infrastructure and daily system activities in the company - managing identities and permissions through Okta, managing Mac fleet with Jamf Pro, network and security infrastructure, and interfacing with tools like Google Workspace and Slack. As the first person in this role at the company, you will define IT culture and processes from scratch at a fast-moving, cloud-first crypto company protecting millions of users. Required: 3+ years in cloud IT roles with real ownership, deep proficiency in Okta and Jamf Pro, experience with networks and API scripting, and passion for full automation of recurring tasks using tools like LLM and MCP integrations.
