Description

You will lead Fireblocks' internal AI platform, which is the shared foundation on which teams across the company build AI-driven tools securely and at scale. In this Staff-level role, you will write and architect production code, manage the roadmap, and ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and easy to work with. You will need extensive experience building and operating large-scale systems with deep expertise in modern AI — including frontier models, inference routing, and RAG — alongside product thinking and communication skills with leadership at all levels. Note: Background in regulated environments and custody companies, via blockchain and Web3, would add significant value.
