A GRC Operations expert at Fireblocks will be responsible for managing and improving third-party risk management (TPRM) programs and security awareness initiatives at the company, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the cyber group. The position requires 3+ years of experience in cyber or GRC, proven knowledge in risk management and implementation of security training programs, and daily use of AI tools as part of the workflow. The candidate will be required to demonstrate deep understanding of standards such as SOC 2, ISO, and NIST, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
