We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 7+ years of experience for our R&D team at Eleos Health, which builds AI-driven solutions for community healthcare. You will design and build large-scale, cloud-native backend systems, taking full responsibility from architecture all the way to production and monitoring. We are looking for an engineer with deep knowledge of event-driven systems, modern databases, and Python, along with strong architectural thinking and an ownership mindset.
