Eleos Health is looking for a People Operations Manager to support employees throughout the employment cycle and manage projects and processes within the People team. The role combines day-to-day human resources management work with strong responsibility for organization, data management, and coordination between HR teams, schools, and external parties. Required: at least 4 years of experience in people operations or project management, exceptional organizational skills, full proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS, and professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
