AI Transformation Engineer to join the AI Platform team building agent-based infrastructures and workflows to accelerate R&D. Your role will involve owning the team's KPIs, from identifying problems in development processes to building and deploying smart workflows that help engineers work more efficiently. This is a position that requires deep understanding of building agentic systems in production, the ability to work without upfront specs, and converting vague objectives into concrete metrics. You will be expected to take independent ownership of solutions from problem discovery through evaluation and push to production, within a dynamic high-growth SaaS environment.
