In this role, you will work as a senior architecture consultant in ServiceNow's Customer Outcomes team, guiding customers in building a strong technical foundation on the platform and designing long-term solutions. You will work with your customer's teams, including education, partners, and on complex architectural matters, while translating business objectives into technical roadmaps and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The position requires 8+ years of experience in a SaaS professional services organization, experience in management consulting, expertise in enterprise architecture, and the ability to lead complex programs.
