Autobrains is seeking an Embedded Software Team Leader who combines exceptional technical leadership with deep coding expertise. In this "player-coach" role, you will lead a team of engineers, design and implement complex embedded programs for real-time interfaces, conduct high-level code reviews, and spend approximately 50% of your time in direct development. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in embedded development and C/C++, 2-3 years of team management, proficiency in Linux/RTOS systems, signal processing and heterogeneous architectures.
