Product Designer at Ask-AI will work on the Mosaic AI platform supporting customers, primarily on products like Rep Assistant, Knowledge, and Self-Service. The role includes designing end-to-end experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity UI, documenting complex workflows in the support and CX domain, and managing a growing design system. Required: 3-5 years of experience designing B2B SaaS or complex data products, proficiency in Figma, ability to work with component-based systems, and daily use of AI tools. Must work independently, communicate clearly with various stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-growing startup environment.
