Head of Research at Ask-AI responsible for the core AI of the platform — retrieval, agents, model routing and evals. You will lead the research team, set the investment agenda for research, and collaborate closely with engineering and product to translate research into production capabilities. Required: MSc or PhD in Machine Learning or NLP, 5+ years of experience building production AI systems including agents, and prior experience managing researchers. Required: mindset of independent research, strategic thinking about what to invest in, and a track record of delivering research to product.
