We are building a new browser that elevates the browsing experience through AI seamlessly integrated into every part of the product. We are looking for a Senior AI Growth Engineer who will be end-to-end responsible for user acquisition, onboarding, and retention, proactively using AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to build automations and workflows that will scale growth. The role requires deep mastery of consumer product psychology, CRO, rapid experimentation, and professional data sense, alongside the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and a passion for working at high velocity in ambiguous conditions. You need a proven track record of building independent projects and sub-products, with potential to lead a team.
