We are looking for an AI Engineer to build the backbone of long-term AI agents in the company, leading growth workflows and end-to-end algorithms in the Real-time Bidding industry at massive scale. The role requires a combination of algorithmic thinking and engineering expertise to build agents capable of managing complex tasks, quantifying success through strong feedback loops, and optimizing AI costs across the organization. Required: 4+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in Python, and practical experience working with LLMs beyond chats, such as agents and tool use, plus strong communication skills across different domains and familiarity with cost optimization and cloud processes.
