Description
Wix is looking for an experienced AI researcher to join the Base44 team in developing next-generation Foundation Models and Generative AI systems. In this role, you will bridge cutting-edge academic research with production-ready AI infrastructure, work with large-scale models including LLMs and Multimodal systems, and develop innovative AI capabilities for complex domains such as agentic behavior and code generation. Required: 5+ years of experience as a Research Scientist, Master's degree or PhD from a top-tier institution, professional proficiency in PyTorch, hands-on experience training and fine-tuning LLMs in production environments, and a track record of publications or patents in advanced Machine Learning.
