Wix is looking for a Payroll Accountant with 4+ years of experience to join the Payroll team. Your role will be to manage the payroll process end-to-end, handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, job changes and termination, and ensure accuracy and compliance with Israeli labor laws. Essential requirements include hands-on experience with Hilan and Hilanet systems, high proficiency in English, knowledge of pension laws and Excel skills. You will work in close collaboration with HR, Finance and management teams, while providing professional support to employees on payroll matters.
