Description
An IT Support Engineer in Wix's IT team will provide efficient technical support to company employees worldwide, with a focus on desktop support and local infrastructure. The position includes managing Helpdesk requests, support for multiple operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), managing conference room equipment and technologies, as well as Onboarding/Offboarding processes. Required: experience in IT support or infrastructure management, proficiency in Active Directory/Azure/GSuite systems, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
