Technical Program Manager at Wayve will lead complex programs across multiple teams in the Engineering division, from AI and robotics to infrastructure and standards. Your role will be to transform uncertainty into clear programs, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and drive achievements toward business goals. We require at least 5 years of experience leading complex programs in a dynamic environment, technical strength (understanding of modern software and ML stacks), systems thinking, and clear communication skills. It is preferable that you have experience as a Technical Program Manager or an engineering background, and exposure to tools like Jira and domains such as autonomous vehicles.
