Sweep is seeking a senior back-end engineer to develop the technological foundation of an agentic layer platform for organizational systems. The role includes designing and implementing core features, close collaboration with product and front-end teams, and implementing innovative solutions throughout the development cycle. Required: 7+ years of software development experience, proficiency in Node.js, Python, TypeScript, Docker, SQL and AWS, and proven experience working with large-scale systems in production environments. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively in a team with a product and business-oriented mindset is important.
