Description
Semperis is seeking a senior Platform Engineering Manager to lead a global Platform and DevOps unit responsible for production infrastructure and cloud operations. In this role, you will lead an international team of engineers, develop technology strategy, and work on building and scaling SaaS solutions while meeting strict security requirements. Required: 8+ years in platform engineering, 4+ years managing distributed teams, and deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. We value experience leading multilingual teams, strategic thinking combined with execution capability, and a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
