Description

Semperis is seeking a Learning and Development Partner for an eight-month role as part of the management office. This position involves conducting remote and in-person training sessions, managing training coordination including registration and participant communication, updating existing content in the learning management system, and supporting global talent development programs. We are looking for a leader with at least five years of experience in learning and development, strong coaching and communication skills, experience with learning management systems (Workday is a plus), and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree in education or related fields is an advantage.
