Description
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with rich experience in developing large-scale products, to lead the development of Connecteam's platform that enhances the experience of non-desk employees. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Frontend and Backend technologies, with depth in service development in Python and strong interfaces in React or React Native, and proven experience scaling services to work with millions of active users. Another essential requirement is mastery of modern technical tools including Kubernetes, databases, job queues and Microservices architectures, alongside active experience integrating AI and Agentic Coding Frameworks in the daily development process.
