Product Manager
Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of new solutions on the Connecteam platform, a workforce management solution that is changing the work experience of field employees around the world. In this role, you will define the product direction, manage the entire development cycle, and work closely with design, analytics, and development teams through launch. Required: 2-3 years of experience in product management in SaaS, Fintech, or startups with experience in HR technologies, building AI agents, or growing B2B SaaS. We need someone with strong self-management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
