Mobile Infrastructure Leader at Connecteam responsible for the architecture and implementation of our mobile platform, while leading a team of engineers and setting technical standards for React Native and iOS/Android. In this role, you will combine technical leadership with hands-on development, with a focus on scalability, performance, and developer experience, including managing CI/CD systems and cross-functional collaboration with Product and QA. Required: 6+ years of experience in mobile development (Swift or Kotlin), 2+ years of team leadership, and hands-on experience with React Native and mobile application architecture.
