Description
Marketing Operations Manager at Reindeer AI will be responsible for building a lead nurturing system from scratch, from defining what constitutes a lead to measuring its contribution to the pipeline. The role requires deep proficiency in HubSpot as the company's CRM system, experience in designing nurturing models and lead routing, mastery of attribution concepts, and skills in working with data, tracking and tooling. We are looking for an experienced operator with 4-7 years in Marketing Ops or Revenue Ops at B2B companies with enterprise sales motion, who can leverage AI in daily work and collaborate closely with the Marketing team.
