Reindeer AI is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to develop an AI agents platform that transforms complex business processes into AI-driven operations. The role focuses on designing and advancing sophisticated AI agents to automate heavy computational tasks, primarily in document processing, data extraction, and understanding of texts and emails. Required: 5+ years of experience developing production systems, 2+ years working with LLMs and NLP, and deep skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, RAG and Fine Tuning, along with experience deploying models in the cloud and containerization.
