Description
Alice is seeking a senior researcher in the field of AI to lead evaluations after model training, red testing, and reviews of reinforcement learning environments. The position includes developing rigorous benchmarking methodologies, evaluating LLMs against advanced threats such as indirect injection attacks, and building an evaluation pipeline that measures defensive capabilities in real-world conditions. The candidate must have significant experience fine-tuning large-scale models with algorithms such as GRPO and PPO, in addition to deep knowledge of LLM vulnerability phenomena and red teaming.
