Description
Engineering Manager in the Data Science field at Alice will lead a multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, data scientists, and software engineers working on real-time AI detection and security systems. The role includes people management, setting technical directions, responsibility for achieving goals and quality, and team growth. Required: proven management experience with engineering or Data Science teams, strong background in Python and software in production environments, deep knowledge of ML and Spark/Databricks, and daily proficiency with tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
