AI Software Engineer
Description
An AI Engineer at Alice will be responsible for the RL Gym platform end-to-end, from designing sophisticated web environments that simulate adversarial attacks to optimizing our AgenticVerse orchestration system. You'll work in a small team with high autonomy, directly with engineers from leading AI companies, while translating technical requirements into production-ready environments. Required: 8+ years of software engineering experience, deep proficiency in hardware and infrastructure (Linux, Docker, Firecracker, AWS), strong Python and full-stack capabilities including backend, IaC, APIs and React. This role is at the forefront of AI safety, directly impacting how next-generation models are trained to be resilient against attacks.
