The position requires independent and substantive ownership of all operational aspects — maintenance, security, catering, building systems, and vendor management — with the ability to lead problem-solving of urgent issues and technical failures with complete autonomy. 4+ years of experience managing facilities at a large site is required, along with proven ability to manage disputes with contractors and vendors while maintaining high service and performance standards.
