We are looking for an AI researcher with deep experience in the world of NLP and LLM systems for our AI Security team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end security solutions from problem formulation through model development and evaluation to production deployment, with full responsibility for their performance in real-world environments. We require at least 5 years of experience applying NLP/DL techniques to practical problems, strong proficiency in Python and tools such as PyTorch, and deep capability in experiment design and model failure analysis. The role is suited for a senior researcher who combines scientific curiosity with pragmatism when working on complex security challenges in an environment that blends startup energy with organizational scale.
