We are looking for a team lead who will lead the building and improvement of our core engine—a high-throughput, low-latency GPU system that handles advanced models and LLMs. The candidate should bring 3+ years of team leadership experience and deep knowledge of model serving, technologies like Triton and vLLM, performance languages such as Go or C++, and sophisticated systems design. The role includes team leadership, responsibility for execution resilience, ownership of model lifecycle management in production, and setting long-term strategic direction.
