Software Development Engineer in Applied Research at BeyondTrust. You will work on building algorithms and threat detection in the field of non-human identities and cloud permissions. The role combines backend engineering with IAM analysis and in-depth research: you will learn how service accounts and work identities use permissions, model places where there is over-permissioning, and write detection code that scales across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Required: 3+ years of experience writing clean backend code in Python or Go, deep understanding of IAM mechanics in cloud environments, ability to build analytical logic from structured data, and strong technical communication skills with engineering teams.
