Description
You are looking for a senior Backend Engineer who will be a technological pillar in the company, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from planning to production and manage AI and Data domains at scale. The role involves working with a modern technology stack (Go, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Snowflake), designing robust infrastructure for managing massive datasets, and translating business requirements into performant systems in collaboration with Product and AI teams. Required: 8+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale, strong coding skills, experience with LLMs and AI agents, and the ability to lead teams, set architectural standards, and build technical consensus across a fast-moving organization.
