Staff Algorithm Engineer
Description
We are looking for a Staff Algorithm Engineer for the algorithms team at 4M Analytics, a startup that maps underground infrastructure using computer vision and advanced AI technologies. In this role, you will work end-to-end on complex problems in computer vision and algorithm research, from research through production implementation, while collaborating closely with data and product teams. Required: 10+ years of experience in the field (or Ph.D. with 7+ years in industry), deep expertise in computer vision and strong proficiency in PyTorch and Python, and an AI-First mindset that views intelligent tools as a multiplier of engineering capacity. This is a high-autonomy role requiring end-to-end ownership, systems thinking, and the ability to provide technical leadership to the team.
