We at 4M Analytics are looking for an experienced Software Engineer for our GeoTech team. The role includes data processing and organization, managing Data Pipelines, maintaining data quality, and performing ETL tasks using Python and Airflow. We are seeking an engineer with 4+ years of software development experience, strong Python skills, in-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS, and experience with K8S and Docker. An additional essential requirement is experience working with Claude Code and proficiency in both Hebrew and English, within an engineering culture that prioritizes an AI-first mindset and experimentation with AI tools as a force multiplier in your work.
