4M Analytics is looking for a senior HR business partner to work with managers and teams in Israel and the USA. In this role, you will be a strategic voice for organizational management, design and lead development and learning programs across the company, and improve HR infrastructure and processes. Required: 6+ years of experience working in tech companies in dynamic environments, at least 3 years as an HRBP, and a project with global teams. You should be data-driven, have the ability to use AI tools in daily work, and most importantly, care about people with a growth mindset and taking ownership.
