IT Operations Manager at Autofleet responsible for operations, reliability, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure worldwide, including support for distributed employees, endpoint management, networks, and SaaS platforms. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with emphasis on infrastructure management in macOS environments, VPN/SASE technologies, MDM such as Kandji, and independent problem-solving capabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills are required for interfacing with security teams, HR, external vendors, and Element speakers, the parent company, in order to maintain alignment of shared systems and drive improvements in IT processes.
