A full day for women dedicated to body and soul, October 23, 10:00-15:00 at the Youth House, Weinberg 32, Ramat HaChayal. Day program: 10:00-11:30 Movement and breathing with Ella Gershon; 11:30-12:00 Coffee break; 12:00-13:15 Aromatherapy workshop with Noam Somech; 13:30-14:30 Sound healing with Gali Masika; 14:30-15:00 Closing circle. Light refreshments, beverages and snacks provided. Women ages 20-40. Discount for IDF service members and reservists upon presentation of form. No prior experience necessary. Please arrive in comfortable clothing.
