A series of 5 lectures on the history and archaeology of alcoholic beverages, led by Yotam Roten, archaeologist and alcohol researcher. Meeting 1 (5.10): Wine from then to now - tasting of 3 types of wine. Meeting 2 (19.11): Beer - tasting of 4 types of beer. Meeting 3 (17.12): Liqueurs - tasting of 4 types of liqueurs and homemade liqueur preparation. Meeting 4 (14.1): Rum - tasting of 4 types of rum.
