Description
Functional training under the guidance of trainer Amir Levitin, suitable for men and women aged 50 and above. Training takes place on Wednesday mornings on the wooden deck. The training is adapted to all levels and abilities, and is based on resistance exercises for bones and joints. Single training session ticket: 40 ₪. A health declaration is required upon registration.
