Description
Comprehensive 14-session course on Tuesdays from September 15, 2026 to January 5, 2027 (09:00-14:30), led by Rina Epstein. The course covers permaculture principles, soil building, food forests, water conservation, and renewable energy. Held at Pardes Goldberg in the Gan Hashoshana agricultural farm. Upon completion, participants receive an international permaculture designer certificate. Group limited to approximately 18 participants. Price: ₪3,500 for Tel Aviv-Jaffa residents or ₪4,000 (can be spread over 12 installments).
