Description
Trial class of functional training adapted for three-year-olds. The training combines strengthening, improving balance, stability, flexibility and coordination with an emphasis on injury rehabilitation and safe return to movement. Led by Sion Plus, a movement specialist, Wingate graduate with over 20 years of experience. Held on Wednesdays 10:00-11:00.
