Description
Functional training adapted for ages 50+ led by trainer Amir Lantin. Held on Wednesday mornings on the wooden deck of the Tel Baruch Beach Community Center. The training combines resistance work and strengthening of bones and joints, adapted for all ability levels. Single training session ticket: 40 ₪. Health declaration form required.
