Description
Trial class for a dynamic and toning fitness club that combines targeted exercises for abs, glutes, thighs and arms with fitness equipment and bar. Suitable for all fitness levels and for ages 16 and up, led by Zohar Miron. The trial class costs 30 ₪, and the annual club meets on Sundays at 8:30 for 50 minutes. Participation is conditional on advance registration and signing a health declaration, and the number of spots is limited. The activity takes place at the Ha-Tzuk community center in Galilot, subject to Home Front Command guidelines.
