We are looking for a CFO The position includes: Preparing presentations, forecasts, estimates and complex financial analyses for the management company's board of directors, institutional bodies and private investors Managing current operational cash flow with optimal utilization of capital, managing and overseeing annual valuations Preparing business plans for existing assets and new transactions Preparing budgets for the fund and management company, including asset enhancement budgets and current operational budgets Managing the collection and payment system in a timely manner, handling accounting issues and tax matters Reporting to the CEO Managing 4 employees including an accountant Requirements: Extensive experience in real estate financing at large volumes and management of a complex credit portfolio Master's degree - an advantage 5-7 years of experience as CFO in a real estate development/yield company Extensive business experience Experience in team management Experience working with institutional investors The position is published by Nqudot Ptichah.
