Richard came to us at the shelter and we discovered a dog full of goodness and love ❤️ Richard really struggles with the cages, the noise, the crowding, the overwhelming number of dogs which leaves him frightened and causes him distress all day long! Richard has high-medium energy, gets along with people and with some dogs.
