'A Place to Grow' Democratic School in Kfar HaYarok is seeking an Integration Coordinator to lead the framework that enables every child to feel they belong and are integrated at the heart of school activities. **The position includes:** - Building and managing integration programs for children with special needs. - Supporting and guiding the team of mentors and professional teachers in integration processes. - Ongoing and dialogical communication with parents and external therapeutic services. - Leading meaningful personal mentoring processes. **What are we looking for?** - Bachelor's degree in Special Education / Special Education Teaching Certificate. - Previous experience as an integration coordinator or intensive work in special education. - A sensitive, responsible and caring relationship with children. - Deep identification with the principles of democratic education.
