מנהל/ת חשבון טכני ב-Echo אחראי/ת על קשר טכני עמוק עם לקוחות, מלווה אותם בהטמעה, אינטגרציה והצלחה ארוכת טווח של הפלטפורמה שלנו. התפקיד כולל פתרון אתגרים טכניים, זיהוי הזדמנויות לגדילה וסיוע ללקוחות בהשגת מקסימום ערך מהשירות. דרוש/ה ניסיון של 3+ שנים בתפקיד טכני לקוח-מוכוון (TAM, Solutions Engineer או דומה), רקע טכני חזק, ניסיון עם לקוחות enterprise וכישוריי תקשורת מעולים. יתרון משמעותי: ניסיון בסייבר, cloud או DevOps. מיקום: תל אביב · משרה מלאה · מחלקה: Sales להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
