Description
מהנדס/ת בכיר/ה ב-Design-for-Test ו-ATPG בNVIDIA תהיה אחראי/ת על פיתוח וטיפול בזרימות בדיקה מתקדמות לשבבים מורכבים, מתחילת התכנון ועד ייצור ודיאגנוסטיקה בשטח. התפקיד כולל בניית אוטומציה משוכללת, עבודה עם כלים כמו TestKompress וידע עמוק בטכנולוגיות DFT כגון scan, BIST ופתרון תקלות. נדרש ניסיון של 5+ שנים ב-DFT וב-ATPG, מיומנות בתכנות (Python, TCL, shell scripts), תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל או מחשבים, ויכולת לעבוד בצוות רחב על פני תחומים שונים בעיצוב שבבים. מיקום: תל אביב · משרה מלאה להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
