Description

An intimate and focused 7-session Pilates workshop for postpartum mothers, at Yossi Banai community center. The workshop focuses on safe rehabilitation, strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles, and allows bringing babies. Sessions are held on Sundays and Wednesdays, from 9.8 to 30.8, at 10:15. Workshop cost 300 ₪ (instead of 350 ₪), limited number of spots.
